Beartooth Pass-Chief Joseph-Red Lodge

The WyMont Challenge is back!  Fully supported three day tour through the Beartooth Mountains. Cycle through the Beartooth Pass, Chief Joseph Scenic Byway and back to Red Lodge via Bearcreek.  

Based out of our hometown, Red Lodge, Montana where the Beartooth Pass is our backyard. Just 12 miles up the road you’ll find the gate to one of the most scenic byways in North America. Get ready for astonishing views of one of the most rugged and wild areas in the lower 48 states. At the highway’s summit, you’ll find yourself in a sky-high world of glacial cirques, clear alpine lakes, and snow that lingers through the summer months.  We have broken this ride into a three day ride so you can enjoy the scenery even after you ride. 

Highlights

• Three days of guided support on the Beartooth Pass and Chief Joseph Scenic Byway topping out at 10,947 feet and 8,071 feet. The total mileage, 149 miles, 12,242 feet elevation gain. Start and finish in Red Lodge, Montana. Email us for the route plan.
• Two nights of cabin lodging on Beartooth Pass and foothills of Beartooth Mountains.
• Fresh and healthy meals, including locally sourced items. 
• Red Lodge area has much to offer in town and out on the trails. We will provide a list of our partners and help you navigate a great stay before and after the ride should you choose to extend your time here.
